An independent research company asked the above question to over 7,500 individuals after they called CIGNA Voluntary's Customer Service team. The study findings confirm that Starbridge customers understand their plan benefits and highly value their plan. The study shows that customers are highly likely to recommend CIGNA to a close friend or relative.
