To find a provider in your area, you need to select the network used for your plan. You can find the name of the network by looking at your ID card in the upper left-hand corner (show me).

To find out which network is used for your plan option, look on the inside cover of your Enrollment Brochure and one of the two networks below will be listed

Access the CIGNA HealthCare PPO Network provider search.

Plan  members can visit any doctor. However, if you visit a provider in the networks listed above you may receive discounts up to 30%-50%.  This will lower your out-of-pocket expenses and help you stretch your benefits even further.
