1. How much does Starbridge Select cost the employer?
Starbridge Select may be offered to employees at absolutely no cost to the employer. Premiums can be entirely paid for by the employee; however, employers can elect to make a contribution as well. All custom printed enrollment materials and an online reporting website are provided at no additional cost.

2. What enrollment methods are available for Starbridge Select?
Your employees have three enrollment options- enrollment by form, enroll by phone or enroll by accessing our online web portal. We make enrollment in Starbridge Select easy and simple for you and your employees.
3. Can Starbridge Select be offered as a pre-tax deduction under Section 125?
Yes. An employer can elect to offer Starbridge Select under Section 125.

4. What about COBRA and HIPAA administration?
CIGNA HealthCare handles all post termination COBRA and HIPAA at no charge to the employer. [backto top]
5. Is there any individual company experience rating?
No. All enrollees become part of a nationwide risk pool, consisting of over 250,000 members from 1,000 companies. This ‘pooled’ method allows CIGNA HealthCare to spread the risk. As such, the plan remains very stable in its design and pricing.

6. Do you have Spanish-speaking representatives?
Yes. The CIGNA HealthCare Customer Service Center at 1-800-308-5948 and Enrollment Center at 1-877-552-5015 have Spanish-speaking representatives available Monday through Friday 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., MST. [backto top]
7. What are the benefits of administering my account online?
Because of the streamlined administrative process, we are able to reduce administrative costs, and pass savings on to your employees. The online administration system allows you to take control of your benefits program, giving you the ability to easily enroll new employees, generate reports, verify employee coverages or even look-up your monthly statements on your own time. With Starbridge Select member portal - your employees can access their health care information without calling your Human Resources department.
